6 Healthy Juice Drinks To Kick Start Your Morning (And How to Make Them)

Cranberry Juice


A study had suggested that having two servings of cranberry juice can increase blood flow and artery dilation. This is all because of the natural flavonoids the juice contains.


2 quarts water

8 cups fresh or frozen cranberries

1-1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup orange juice



In a soup kettle, bring water and cranberries to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until berries begin to pop.

Strain through a fine strainer, pressing mixture with a spoon; discard berries. Return cranberry juice to the pan. Stir in the sugar, lemon juice, and orange juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Remove from the heat. Cool. Transfer to a pitcher; cover and refrigerate until chilled. Yield: 8 servings (2 quarts).



Cloudy Apple Juice


Cloudy apple juice is different from the ordinary clear apple juice. This popular morning drink contains apple solid which means it has more polyphenols, an antioxidant plant compound. It is also reported to be an effective scavenger of harmful free radicals.


1-liter water

55 grams raw sugar

6 apples, Seedless, Skin on

1/2 lemon juice, Fresh



Add water to Thermomix, make sure apples have no seeds and leave the skin on chop into slices (BIG SLICES) add to bowl, add the sugar then cook 30 mins – Speed Gentle stir setting on Counter-clockwise operation on Varoma

Put juice into another bowl (clean jug), add the steam basket to Thermo jug, pour the juice through basket lift basket with a spatula while using a spoon to mix juice to drip into a jug, add lemon juice and mix.

Allow cooling before putting in the fridge.
